It is above the insidious force of love, and the beauty and righteousness of Justice. It is simply untouchable.
TORPF has the power, and is currently utilising it, to place under arrest any currently serving police officer on Planet Earth.
It can instantly extend this power, outwards, absolutely anywhere.
Being under arrest essentially strips one of all of their rights.
Our maxim is 'Bless and Forgive'.

Any human being, jungle being or E.T., except for pedophiles or Poppy Alvares, are welcome to join the force, and to come and go infinitum as they please.
Easy, we are not intimidated by the use of force, and violence, as it pertains to our own actions.
TORPF takes it's authority from Optimum Reality itself, and generally our deeds follow from that.
Our authority is 'omnipotent'. Almost anything goes as far as our duties are concerned.
In the case of a global revolt against TORPF, TORPF will force a hectic storm that will frighten many.
